SEN. CURTIS: NORMALIZING PEDOFASCISM
Dear Sen. John Curtis:
You are a church attending member of the predominant faith in Utah. You used to be a Democrat when you ran for Utah State Senate. But apparently your political ambitions superseded your commitment to principle, and so you billed yourself as a moderate Republican and started winning elections. You vowed to be an independent voice in the US Senate. Many of us anticipated you might be a Republican in the mold of Mitt Romney, John McCain, or Jeff Flake. Principled, moderate, decent, humane. Wow, were we wrong. You are now a member of what must be called the Pedofascist Party.
Since the second coming of (not Jesus Christ, but the Anti-Christ, Donald Trump) you have proceeded to self-extract your spine and your conscience. You have voted 94.4% of the time to support Trump’s multi-pronged agenda of overthrowing of our democracy, his evil clown car of cabinet miscreants, his evisceration of human and civil rights, and his enabling of ungodly, brutal assaults on poor, innocent immigrants.
Apparently now you are fine remaining silent on the Trump/ Epstein scandal, and that makes you complicit. Here’s just a taste of one reason why, if you looked in the mirror with an ounce of honesty, you could see that you are a member, not of a once respectable Republican Party, but what has been grotesquely warped into a fascist party that also protects pedophiles--The Pedofascist Party.
The evidence of complicity, collusion, and participation by Donald Trump in the abuse, sexual assaults, and even rape of women, including young teenagers (pedophilia) is almost irrefutable. The moral degeneracy he has inflicted on this country is absolutely irrefutable.
Allegations of various incidents of sexual misconduct against Trump began in the 1970s. In a divorce deposition Ivana Trump accused him of raping her in a fit of rage in 1989. Front and center is his confession to the world in the Access Hollywood tape of his feeling entitled to sexually assault women.
“I moved on her and I failed. I did try and f___ her and she was married…I moved on her like a bitch…I’m automatically attracted to beautiful, I just start kissing them. It’s like a magnet, I don’t even wait. And when you’re a star they let you do it. You can do anything. Grab them by the pussy, can do anything.”
Trump has been accused of exactly this conduct by no less than 43 women. Jessica Leeds, Kristin Anderson, Natasha Stoynoff, Summer Zervos (all sexual assault accusations), Stacey Williams (fondling her in front of Epstein), Jill Harth (attempted raped), Temple Taggart (former Miss Utah), Cathyn Heller, Juliet Huddy, Rachel Crooks, Jessica Drake, Alva Johnson (all unwanted kissing on the lips), Amy Dorris, Karena Virginia, Karen Johnson, Bridget Sullivan and Melinda McGillivray, Ninni Laaksonen, Cassandra Searles (all claimed he groped them). He was adjudicated to have “raped” E. Jean Carroll. There is no dispute about him paying a porn star for sex just after Melania gave birth to Baron.
Of course Trump claims they’re all lying, yet he publicly bragged about his enjoyment of being a sexual predator on the Howard Stern radio show several times. He had a habit of barging in on the participants of his beauty pageants in their dressing rooms, many of them teenagers as young as 15, hoping to catch them naked. He publicly said what he had in common with Ivanka when she was a young adult was sex, and that if he wasn’t her dad he would be “dating” her. In 2016, a lawsuit was filed by a woman who claimed Trump raped her at least four times when she was 13 at Epstein’s parties.
Remember, this was before Jeffrey Epstein became a household name. Understandably, the woman kept her identity secret. The plaintiff had an affidavit from another unidentified woman who stated she witnessed the rape. But without anything else it would have been hard to prove and she dropped the suit voluntarily after receiving death threats. Recall that Stormy Daniels also received similar threats in person by an ominous potential assailant.
With the pictures, videos, birthday cards, etc, etc, the circumstantial evidence is a mile long that Trump was Jeffrey Epstein’s best friend for more than a decade. He was on Epstein’s plane, the Lolita, at least seven times. The plane was literally upholstered for facilitating sex acts. Trump most recently claimed he severed his relationship with Epstein because he couldn’t tolerate Epstein “stealing his own" teenage girls who he had working in his Mar-a-lago Spa. It was a fascinating self-own showing he’s not even smart enough to lie without revealing his moral bankrupcy.
Literally thousands of tax payer funded FBI agents were recently assigned by the Trump farce of a Justice Dept. to scrub the Epstein files of any mention of Trump’s name. Not a squeak from the Pedofascist Party in Congress, including you, Sen. Curtis, about how deeply corrupt this has become.
Now Team Trump and his media lackeys are lying about Ghislaine Maxwell, trying to rehabilitate the image of the mastermind of what is likely the largest sex trafficking network of young teenage girls in modern history. She is described repeatedly by the real victims as a monster, many saying she deserves even more blame than Epstein. Now MAGA media is air brushing Maxwell as a victim. This is an obvious attempt to justify an inevitable Trump pardoning.
Maxwell now gets to lounge in a minimum security “country club prison,” clearly against federal penal policy for the severity of her crimes. And that quid pro quo is for her looming testimony that she never saw Trump do anything “inappropriate.” So the standard now of what is appropriate is what a convicted pedophile says it is? This woman instructed young teenage girls in sex acts they must perform, forced them into it, helped them do it, and told her sick friends they had no more human value than “tissues to be thrown away.”
So, Sen. Curtis, this is what you remain silent about, what you are enabling. You're normalizing evil, swimming in Trump’s cesspool and you know it, or at least you used to know it. I’m guessing if, in fact, you still have a conscience, it takes a lot of medicine so you can sleep at night. Is it really worth it? Shame on you.
Utah voter,
Dr. Brian Moench
